Starting to Build my own house

    Hi,

I have purchased an end of terrace with planning permission approved for another house and I was wondering if anyone that has tried this before that can give me some guidance.
I wish to make some changes to the plans that have already been approved and also the bank is asking me for a "6 point letter from a qualified architect or civil engineer" in the mortgage application. Does anyone know what exactly they are looking for and how should I proceed ???

    Any guidance would be appreciated.
