    Hey Girls,

    I took a break from the pill when I broke up with my bf but I'm starting back on it. I got it the other day but stupidlt threw out the instruction pack. It's been months since I took it and I've forgotten if I start back on the first or last day of my period??

    Thanks a mill, it's mad how you forget these things. I had been on it for years!!

    First day but not sure if that's the same for all pill types (probably is but you never know). What not look up the brand online or ring your pharmacist and ask them. I wouldn't take a chance or go on what people say here especially since you haven't told us what type or pill your on.

    We can't say for certain without knowing the type of pill that you're taking. Ring the pharmacist and ask.
