bass player / musicians

    bass player wanted for a northside startup band , so far we have a guitarist ( myself 28 ) drummer ( 28 ) and a female vocalist , this is a complete start off , were looking at jamming a few covers , with the aim of writing , gigging, recording etc. this is some thing new for all of us , weve all played and gigged seperatly so this would be new for everyone. influences range across the board , anything goes really . anyone interested , drop us a line , predominately lookin for a bass player but anyone else playing anything else is welcome

    What kind of stuff r we talkin here? Covers ? Originals ? a bit of both?

    What are your influences and do you have any samples / mp3s ?

    I played bass in an originals band for 4 or 5 years but the pressure of the band to go full time and leave my job pushed me away from it. I'd be into playing bass with anyone as long as it was on the side.... (at least for the mo)

    I've gigged in Whelans in Dublin, Roisin Dubh in Galway, Spirit Store in Dundalk, McPhail's in Drogheda, and a few dives :-)

    oh and I'm Drogheda based but will consider going to Dubland for a bit of jamming. Oh and I'm 26
