Does anybody know if the use of a PSP is allowed mid flight, assuming electronic deivces are permitted, and the Wi-Fi is switched off?

I've used both my psp and archos 605 on planes and have had no issues over it.

would say its similar to most devices, as long as its not in use during take off and landing, and has no transmitting signal during the flight, cant see a problem

^ that's what my thoughts were.
    Okay, thanks for your help!
I'm heading to England tomorrow and have a psp ordered, just wondering about coming back really. The airline never contacted me back, but thanks for this, happy enough about it now
