Another Nat 3 issue

I had Nat 1 before FW 2.41 but since the update i'm stuck on Nat 3. I think I've tried everything from using an easy connection setting, custom connection setting using a static ip, using pppoe, opening ports.

Before i just used the pppoe to set up the connection and got me Nat 1 in the first go, but now when i use pppoe the connection test fails on optaining an ip address.

I've tried changing the name of the ssid and the username and password on the router but still fails optaining the ip address. When i enter my own ip address or use automatic it optains it no problem.

I'm with Eircom and have a Netopia 2247-02 router.

Has anyone else had this issue after this update and get it sorted or any one have any other idea's to get nat 1 or 2? im lost at this stage.

I've tried a few vids on you tube and still ended up with Nat 3. I've no choice but to use wireless as the router is to far away from the PS3.

Sorted now, i reset the router back so it went back to factory settings and first time setting up the connection using pppoe i got Nat 1 back.
