Playing PES 08 Online for PC

I've been trying to use Hamachi and PES Magazine to play online, but whenever I go to Network in PES, it says 'Unable to transmit using UDP Port 5730.' I've no idea what this means, sadly my years of gaming and WoW haven't turned me into a computer expert. Anyone able to shed any light?
