selling of photographs

    Has anyone here ever sold photography? i dont mean for newspaer or the press, i mean to be hung on a customers wall etc. if so what size was the picture printed to, did you frame it??

    I've done some 8x10" prints. Not framed.

    I've also sold a large poster size print too. Mind you, in that case, I provided them with the digital image (under license) for a single poster print.

    Yeah, few of my teachers liked some of my shots.. Got some small enough (A4/A5) ones which they got framed.

    yes and varying sizes right up to 60"x40" i think was the biggest print, but they framed it themselves

    I shoot events and the price of our A4 shots are €20 each.

    18x12 framed I charge €200 because they are usually commissioned.
