    Hi,
Can anyone recommend a hotel in Killarney for a weekend. Would prefer a nice modern hotel rather than a country house.

    Cheers

The brehon is great although a bit out from town and is quite nice and like most hotels in Killarney is under pressure from the collapse of visitor numbers and are discounting heavily.

Depends on your Budget really .

The ' best ' hotels in the town are the Killarney Park and the Aghadoe Heights ( 10 min taxi ride out of town ).

+1 on the Ross , since it was done up it's a fabulous place. I also have a soft spot for the Dromhall, but thats personal:-)
