    	at player_fla::jwFLVPlayer_3/playMovie()
    	at player_fla::jwFLVPlayer_3/playPress()
    	at MethodInfo-156()

    I can either continui or dismiss the error, continue works fine but crashes FF the odd time, dismiss crashes FF

    The first error
    http://www.judahfrangipane.com/blog/?p=115

    The second one.

    It is telling you that there is a cross site scripting request when the cross site hasn't been confirmed as trusted by the original server.

    It could mean a mis-configured server or that someone is trying to hack your connection. I would err on the side of caution and not execute it.
