Free Parking in City Centre?

    Does anyone know where there is free parking in around the city centre? Surely there are spots around the place if you get in early enough.

    There is a lane off corburg street - down side of Sin E - plenty of free all day parking once your there before 8

    the hill up from B-line cabs on cove street
    and the next hill down from it.
    its steeper and ur not ALWAYS guaranteed a spot but u dont need discs OR a residents permit. I lived in the area and the landlord put me wise to it.
