    "Closest" one I can think of is cycleways on Parnell Street, across from the Parnell entrance to the Ilac. It's a little bit of a walk, but I don't know of any others around there.

    And there's Cyclelogic on Batchlors Walk too.

    But the lads in the CYCLING FORUM might be able to suggestion more.
