Skillset Software

I've tried looking around for Skillset software in a PHP/MySQL flavour but failed. Does anyone know of any that allows someone to log and keep track of their skillsets? Something like what you see on some of the recruitment websites.

You would log your qualifications, experience in different diciplines, rate your expertise in those areas, and so on.

This sounds like something you could build very quickly yourself. Your not asking for alot of features.

You'll just need a user table / skill table.

Yeah build is easy - populating it is the balls.
