Onkyo 606, Mordaunt Speakers: What speaker/sub cable do I need?

Ok I started this thread over in another boards.ie forum:

Here is what I bought:

I ordered my speakers and av receiver from richersounds and forgot that I needed additional cables (I guess I assumed they'd come with some)

For the speakers, which cable should I get? I guess the maximum distance of the side speakers will be 6 meters. The manual for the speakers recommends "16 gauge or higher" cable. Which cable on the RS site would meet this?

Is there any big difference between the €1 stuff and the €15 stuff?

I bought 2 core flex from an electrical supplier. the widest i could get. 70 euro for 100 meters. speaker cable is over rated. i have mine inbeded in the walls so i wanted a strong cable.

for the sub cable i got it custom made.
