The Domain Management tool doesn't let me save the @ Host name. Everytime I try, the page reloads without an error and without saving the @ and IP pair.

Please help, the support guy didn't reply to my reply.

    It is what it's.

Do you have an open support ticket for this?

If so can you email me the reference number? (michele@blacknight.ie)

Hi Jonathan, sorry for the lack of detail. I'm using the blacknight dns admin tool
    http://access.blacknightsolutions.com

    My domain is x.com

I need to set an @ value for the host name

but whenever I click Add new, enter the details

then click Save, the page "saves" but the @ value never appears in the Host Records table.

    Regards,

Could you please clarify where you are attempting to add this, what domain it relates to and what steps you are taking.

    Regards,
