subsidising prospective employee from Fas etc.?

I'm considering taking a trainee on to help us with the day to day stuff. Is it possible do get Fas or someone similar to help with paying this persons wages. It's a pretty new company, there's plenty who would do the job for very little, it would be nice to be able to train someone on and be able to pay them too.
