N95 Backup/Restore problem

    hi,
    I just up dated from v20 to v21. I used Nokia PC suite Backup app before I updated. I went to restore the back up as every thing was deleted from my phone. However some thing did not restore and I lost all my contacts, messages, calender entries, Wlan keys, notes, well pretty much everything. In App. manager I can see that my apps are installed but I can not run them or remove them.
    My pictures and music were restored.

    can any one help or is the Nokia Pc Backup app real bad.....

    Did u get this issue resolved? - I had a very similar issue with my N95 3 wks ago. Took me ages to resolve. A technical support person from Nokia told me NOT to rely completely on the Nokia Backup utility which comes with Nokia PC suite. He said you should also use PC Sync to synchronise your contacts & calendars with Outlook or another Mail client.
