Stiff wrist

    Ok, this has been niggling at me for ages!
    Few months ago (6 or so) my right wrist started getting sore when I bent my hand back on itself and to the side on my thumbs side. I can't remember doing anything to hurt it and it's not nearly sore enough to go pay for an x-ray but it is bothering me because I can't use my bench because of it. I'm tired of waiting for it to make itself better and I've rested and iced it to death, alas the soreness and stiffness persists. I'm just wondering does anyone with a loose knowledge of the wrist have any opinions on what it could be. Cheers all.
