Hi, Has anyone ever been to Ljubljana in slovenia? Hoping to go there in September. Was wondering if you have been there, who did you fly with - can you fly direct from Ireland. What was the city, accommodation like etc.:confused:

Do a search, theres a good bit about Slovenia already discussed. City is small, not a whole lot to do there but nice none the less. See the castle is about the biggest attraction in the city, also a day trip to Lake Bled. I was on a long trip so arrived by train. Accomodation was only ok where I stayed but it was cheap and restaurants aren't plentiful either but there are a few nice ones also.
