Has anyone studied from Ireland before?

I have just completed a two year course in the U.K ( a H.N.D ) and have been offered a place in the final year of the degree.
I am happy about this but I have accepted and have been working in a really good job in the industry I am interested in since May back in Dublin

I usually come home for a bit in the summer and didn't expect to get a job at home but the offer was too good to pass up.
I am just curious if anyone has completed a 3rd year of a course like I would have to - be working in Dublin and completing the coursework and exams etc but not be attending many of the classes?

I know this sounds mad but just wanted to know if anyone has made this happen before?

Sounds like it would be tough to do. You should be able to get credit from your HND course to exempt you from certain sections of completing the degree somewhere more convienient though, although it might not be quite as much exemption as you get by carrying on in the same place.
