painful ear!!

    hi just back from holidays and having very painful time with my ear,looked up about it on the net and its caused by water in my ear all i can say is if i even i move my jaw it kills and if i touch or move my ear in any way it is soooo sore:(:(

    wondering if anyone has had similar experience any info would help:) thanks in advance
