Meteor Website & Care services down

    Can't login to the Meteor website. Says my PIN is incorrect. Rang them up and their customer care systems and the website is down because their new offer is so successful.

    Is it just me who's shocked they have anticipated the demand for their new offers?

    I'd say they are lying to you, I had no problem logging in.

    Is there a specific part of the website you can't access?

    It does that sometimes, it's a general recurring problem, can happen a few times a week..

    And it's working again now. Still shocked they say all their systems crashed as a result of a special offer - which they now can't cope with.

    LOL no .. I'm shocked that networks seem to fall to their knees every time they launch a new offer. They do have an automated message on their 1905 when you ring about something ... anyways ..
