Play.com Delivery Issue

    Hi

    Has anybody been ordering of Play.com lately?

    I always order off them and they are usually very quick at delivering - from 3 -5 days as they say.

    But I ordered a Wii game off them a few weeks ago and it took nearly the 3 week limit they give you before you can complain it hasnt arrived.

    I thought this was a once off and ordered a dvd off them on the 1/7/08 and I still haven't received it - its now 2 days off the 3 week period.

    The annoying thing is that the 1st is the date they say they have sent it.

    Anyone else having any problems with them?

    Maybe people are taking holidays at the moment, things are slower.

    Ordered a game a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, but since then I've ordered a couple more games and dvds (4 items altogether) and they've all arrived within a week...
    Could just be a lightfingered postie...
