Velux Window - repair

Can anyone recommend someone who can repair velux windows in the Dublin area?

The window itself is fine - its the bar that you pull to open it that has become detached and needs repairing. Its quite high up in the house. A pully was attached to the bar to open it but through usage the bar on the window itself has become detached and so the window cannot be opened.

Contact velux, they have service vans on the road that deal with problems like this.
