well to start i dont realy have one
im a bartender in a busyish enough pub i have worked there for about a year and a half,
im allways thinking bout leaving but if i do i dont know where to go or what to do when im finished there?
i could look for another bar job but to be honest i dont think ill be able to get one as my friend was unemployed recently and was looking for a bar job for months and couldnt find one,

im thinking bout changing career paths but ive no idea what id like to do, im 24 and i should really start thinking bout it,
was thinking about being maybe a mechanic or sumting?
is there any websites to help people decide or anything?
or anywhere where there are courses you can choose from diffreny career paths?

people can't decide for you what you want to

    What are you're interested in?

There must be some occupation that you think you would enjoy?

find that and then find the way to get there...

nightcourses.com and daycourses.com have information on careers and full/part time college/plc courses. They are very good websites with lots of information and also a forum to post questions about different careers/courses.

Well if you don't have an interest in it what's the point of pursuing it as a career.

What are your hobbies? Do you like dealing with people on a daily basis? What aspects of the job you have now do you enjoy? What are you good at? What type of personality do you have? Was there a career you were interested in when you were growing up?

If you start asking yourself these questions might give yourself a better idea of what industry you want to work in. Check out those websites I suggested and something that you never thought about might be on there.

waht did you think of when the national teacher asked ye all 'what will you be when you grow up?' Promise not to hit but what did your mother say about yr future when you were 6 - 8 yrs old? (Not the face! Please not the face!!:()

Could you go to USA and follow the American dream? Find something you'd do for free and get somebody to pay you to do it;)
