    New job wants documentary evidence of degree/masters.What would do the trick will i give them a photocopy of my degree and masters cert i have hangin on my wall.

    I have to send in a copy with the contract they have sent out

    Op if its a public job they'll probably want the actual degree.

    If its a private company, a photocopy should do i'd say

    usually they will want a stamped printout from your college if it is to go on file..

    They mean your degree transcript. Just ring your uni and they'll post it. It's just a one page thing with the classes taken and results.

    You could bring originals along with a Photocopy for their records.

    all colleges should send out a degree supplement which has your degree information, award given and all subjects taken.

    Yes, just look at the Exam section of the website of your old Uni. They will have a procedure for posting out transcripts of results. NUI, Galway for example charge e4 for posting out copies of final year results. UCD charge e10.
