Anyone able to recommend any free software to remove this stuff? I have read the sticky and went through the various stages and it doesn't seem to be helping. I am using 'Super AntiSpyware' and Windows Defender to scan at the moment. I have also tried hitman pro. It all seems to be able to identify it, but it doesn't seem to remove it. And I have been sitting here for 2 hours now lol.

It's not my laptop, it's actually my uncles PC, that's acting up, he's only had 2 months, is it totaled now, or can it be fixed?

    Please advise,
    Daz

Have you ried to remove it in safe mode?

I'd use adaware/spysweeper/spybot s&d. Throw everything at it one by one.
