I'm 24, female and i've wet my bed 4 times this week at night. I never had any problems bedwetting before.

Has anybody suffered like this before and what should i do.

I don't drink (as in alcohol) so i'm not drunk going to bed. I am pretty much exhausted going to bed and i'm wondering whould this have anything to do with it.

I saw a poster about this last week. Aparently its perfectly common and should be treatable. Get an appointment with your GP.

In the meantime, plastic undersheets or a sleeping on a towel, amongst other measures might be an idea.

You should go to the doc, you may have a uriary tract infection, its not normal to just wet the bed for no reason.

Another tip would be no fluids after 6 or 7 at night. Good Luck

Hi Op it could be the fact that you are so tired that you are sleeping through the urge to wake up and go to the toilet. Try and rest some more. But I would agree with the other posters a visit to the doc maybe the best thing.

yeah best to get checked out, prob nothing to worry about, are you worrying about something, that might be causing it? also alex has a good point there. Good luck

Ah dont worry about it, bet it wont last for long. You should just go to the toilet right before you go to bed and if it continues to happen set your alarm to get up and go again during the night.

You should go to the doc, it's probably just a little infection, or a slight weakening of the bladder. Some antibiotics or some exercises, and you'll be back to your best in no time.

Are there any issues at home or at work? When you go to bed are you worried about anything or is your mind working overtime on anything?

Moo moo, definitely go to the doc - bring a sample of urine with you for testing.

Make sure to drink lots of water during the day (to flush out anything nasty) also drink cranberry juice (tastes vile but very good for bladder type things). Limit fluids after 6pm.

    Best of luck
