    Hi everyone,
Im having a little problem with my battery grip the last few times i used it, the batteries arnt showing to be charged from it even though thy are both 100%, the battery indicator can drop to 1 bar and refuse to shoot until i turn the camera off and on again. i have noticed sometimes that if i try to move the grip around a little the indicator cycles again as if its been disconnected and re connected but after checking out the electric terminals on the grip there doesnt seem to be any probs there. i dont ever remember having the problem when i was running the camera from the internal battery but since i lost the battery flap i cant revert to that to eliminate it.,

Has anyone ever come across this sort of problem before? I got the grip on berminghams last december, do ya think i should bring it back?

    cheers, :)

EDIT: i forgot to add, i updated the cameras firmware a few weeks ago in the hope that would fix it but theres no change.

Remove the grip and re-attach. Make sure its tight enough.

yep, did that loads of times, i found the original battery cover today and refitted it, so i used the camera without the grip for a while and its perfect now, so i think their might be a problem with the grip,

does anyone know what kinda warrenty these come with? is it a standard 1 year warrenty for instance?

    cheers.,
