Color Profile problems, need help.

I recently purchased a Spyder2express monitor calibration device and it has made a great difference to my display.
However i am having issues, i keep loosing the color profile which is very annoying.
For example i calibrate my monitor and everything looks great, no problem with restart, shutdown etc it loads properly again.
However anytime i seem to install, remove or turn off an unrelated programme in msconfig startup the color profile no longer loads on startup nor can i get it to run.The Spyder2Express startup window will flash up and the correct profile will load for a couple of seconds before it goes back to the incorrect one.It says on the spyder2express that the color profile has been loaded onto the video card? I end up having to calibrate the monitor again which is driving me nuts.

    The profile is in
c:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers\color and it is listed as
    spyder2express IIC profile

There are also a few other things listed in the color folder that i am unsure of so i dont know if these need deleting or if i need to do something with the video card settings:confused:

    Any help is much appreciated.

afaik if you just copy the icc file that the Spyder software generated and manually install it all should be well.

Right Click Desktop --> Properties --> Settings --> advanced --> Colour Management --> Add -->

Then just choose the ICC profile that the Spyder generated

OK i reinstalled the Spyder software and did another calibration. At the end of the calibration i get this notice
    Untitled.jpg

The monitor calibrates and under the color management in the ICC Profiles Spyder2express.icm is set as default.

Having said that i bet when i restart the profile will not load nor will it let me do it manually.

Ok so i restarted and it went balls up again.I ran ccleaner on the registry and a couple of spyder issues were noted so i clicked on fix and now the profile color is back again correct.
    So.....hopefully its sorted now :o

    Thanks.
