Arccon.ac entry point not found. Help

    Does any body know why I keep getting the following message "The procedure entry point ARCCON_GetForGmid ChangeLog could not be located in the dynamic link library Arccon.dll."

    IT pops up on my screen every 2 minutes and is driving me mad .
    Ay advice ion how to remove/repair it would be greatly apprecieated.
