Hiya, i am advertising a room in bishopstown in cork. The house would most suit a CIT student but i am living there and going to the coll of comm in the city and another girl is attending ucc from there.

You will be living with 2 males and 1 female, i would prefer a female in the house as the girl would prefer not to be living in a house full of lads. Its a pretty big house in a good area with plenty of amenities around. I life in the house so i can honestly say its a v nice house. The reason i am trying to get someone is that we agreed to take the house and said we would find a fourth person.

    Rent is €85 i think

    Distance to colleges

    UCC - walk 25mins bus 10 mins

    Cit - walk 20mins bus 5 mins

Coll of comm - bus 30-40 mins + if your nice to me i ussualy drive in :)
