    Hi all,

im renting a van today to take up north. As is the norm with rentals, you have to return the vehicle with an amount of fuel similar to when you pick up. (its never a full tank in my experience).
Does anyone know how diesel prices compare in the north with down here?
    (im driving from wicklow btw)

    Thanks in advance

Diesel is more expensive up north. I was in London last week and the average diesel price was about 142.9, and thats sterling.

We pay higher car tax but lower fuel tax.
