My area is not upgraded yet ,I'm waiting for the lads on the ladders to run the new cable.

There is no caps on the 12 and 20 lines. I'd say there would be drops though around peak tv times if a lot had fast broadband aswell, especially with big sporting events etc.

theres a 20 gig cap on the the lowest speed 3mb i think , thats amazing 20mb is huge, from what i get from mates that i play online is ntl is the best by a long way, its just so infuriating when you have to ring them over anything ,if they sort this out there great.

check the broadband forum, this has been out for weeks. I'm on the 20Mb/s connection myself. What you'll find now though is that the actual Playstation Servers are slow, I don't think i've reached even close to 20Mb/s when I'm downloading a game from the PSN Store.

Yeah well I appreciate it being posted here!

Ah well, should be on 8MB by now if they said they would start the process by June.

    Not 2mb!

    Have to look into it.

I understand that by upgrading to the new higher speed I am entering into a new 12 month contract. Increases from 1Mb to 3Mb, 3Mb to 10Mb and 6Mb to 20Mb will not incur any extra costs. Any other changes will result in a change in my billing amount.

    Yours sincerely,

    Chorus ntl
this is the confirmation email they sent me nothing to look into , just give them a ring and get your mega 20 mg bb speed
