Furniture from Europe to Ireland

    Hi,
    I am building a house in Ireland at the moment and have heard that I will get much better value on furniture if I purchase in Europe – Germany / Holland.Has anyone ever tried this? Or have any good sites that I can use to search for charges on imports etc…

    ikea belfast is probably best as the sterling price is set from June to June and sterling was strong when it was set last June so you will save about 30% from there rather than Ikea in Europe for example. Also returns/missing items etc are all sorted by them for free which you wont have from europe
