From what I gather with my invlovment in other clubs, UCD sports clubs are only open to UCD student, past and present, and staff.

its open yo anone and everyone, mor eor less. You just wont be able to compete in the colours if you are not in UCD, plenty of other regattas and heads are open to you though.
