    Heya,

Ok that might be a stupid question, but does anyone know what is involved in a literacy skills test. Iv an interview coming up on Monday, and Iv no idea what to expect. Is it grammer, or spellings or something? Lost?

Also, I must do a power point presentation based on a marketing scenario. Any idea what that would looking like? Would it be like a paragraph and I must figure out what to put in the presentation from that.

    Thanks

Sorry, couldn't resist. :D But yes, it is most likely to check how your spelling and grammar are.

Knowing nothing about marketing, I presume it would be a presentation to try and sell something?

So, a couple of slides, well presented, structured in a logical format, I would think.

My experience of the literacy skills test is 3 or 4 short comprehensions
with a few short questions for each.

They are not trying to catch you out but are simply making sure
that you have a working knowledge of English.

I also did a numeracy test which was pretty tough.
12 minutes to answer 60 questions (Multiple choice).
