cancelling multiroom ?

    Hi all, i am fixing to cancel my multiroom sub soon and just run i box on the sub, with the other one FTA, as i am a long time customer (4+ years) do i have to give sky like a months notice of this, or can i do it over the phone there and then.

    I cancelled multiroom on May 21st. (via phone)
    Did not take effect til June 21st

    i cancelled over the phone but it took a couple of hours before it was gone
    this is usally the way sky work, they will cancel the service immediately and refund you on your next bill for any time that you had already paid in advance

    same for adding a new service. I recently subscribed to the sports package and had to pay the remainder for the current month, plus the next month in advance at the next bill
