    irish broadband said they dont have signal down there and the area has no phoneline, do i have any options?

    Let's not go here again, see links to Last Mile in Westmeath, the worst service you will ever experience.

    We left Last Mile and signed up with Bounce Broadband in rural area of Westmeath, cheap monthly cost and much better service.
