Anyone got experience with digestive enzymes?

    I am considering trying digestive enzymes to help digesting starchy foods, which my stomach/intestines are not very good at.... has anyone tried these, or is there any reason why one shouldn't take these?

    Hi there

    I hope you dont mind me writing you. I tried QUEST digest tablets from Natures Way now Holland & Barrett & they are fantastic. I went from a size 22 to a 12 but I also cut out foods & alcohol so that helped too but if I stop taking them I plow on the weight from fresh air so I need their assistance. Do ask the girls for advise but good luck, you wont look back!!!
