Where can I get these drawn up. Would it be with my solicitor or is there a company out there who sopecifically looks after this sort of thing.

    Any help appreciated!

Easiet way decide for yourself what terms and conditions you want, get current T & C from companies in your industry. Amend change as you require then have them checked by a solicitor. If you have a solicitor write the lot up take out a second mortgage. The thing to remember they are your terms and conditions, you should know what you want covered, use a couple of other companies to check that there is nothing hiding then the solicitor to check the legality and wording,
