Young and Lively Early September

Folks, Me 27 and my 18 year old brother are looking at going on a Sun Holiday that will be as young and Lively as possible in early September. Has anyone been to Gran Canaria, Cyprus etc that time of year, what was it like or what would you recommend.

Try Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. I'm just back, cheap and lively anyway.
