Alright tha, tonight tha, hay com'on ya

Living on the northside of dublin near the sea and was wondering is there any decent public parks near by that allow for interesting one lap jog of about 10k.
The only solution I can see from maps would be from fairview park to bull island and back again. The seas grand but a bit of hill or something else going on would the charm. any suggestion? Mainly i just want to avoid concrete, I'm 89 and my kness are in bits.

Along the sea front from down beside Westwood. Out and back route - adds up to about 8km.

Oh and you don't jog. You run. People who go slower than you jog, people that go faster are on drugs :)
