NTL Digital not working

    Not sure this is the right forum, apologies if it's not...

    The NTL digital box isn't working, it says it's updating itself. It says that's going to take several minutes, it's now been several hours. Anyone know what the story is?

    u will have to wait until it finishes

    or just plug it out and back in again it may have frozen
