Compiling a c program in cygwin

    Right i want to compile a unix written c program in a windows environment using cygwin. Sofar i have been unsuccessfull.

    Its just failing. does not look like its possible. Maybe some of you guys can have a go at it and see if you can make it work.

    The program is designed to bruteforce a .rar password. I downloaded an 8gig torrent file only to find it is has a password. Cant find it anywhere.

    Ill attach the source code.

    yep, GCC would compile this, i would use the version from - Dev-Cpp

    I don't care how genuine this is, asking or providing help for brute forcing passwords isn't allowed on this forum.
