    well people!
i've just ordered my first surfboard and am v excited!!
but i realise a surfboard aint much good without a wetsuit.

was up in dublin the other day and tried on a size "40T" (ONEILL EPIC)
    which was VERY tight indeed
so tried on a "50T" (EPIC II) which felt snug and comfortable but not quite tight.

now i've searched the net for some sizing charts, so that for different models of wetsuit you could lookup your measurements and see a "recommended" size.

i know there is no substitue for experience or trying the gear which i will do on but to get a headstart:

    i'm 6ft tall
38 inches at chest breathed out
40 inches at chest breathed in
    35 inches at the waits
about 15-16 inches at my neck
and i weigh somewhere between 13.5-14 stone

so if you fit that description and own a wetsuit that fits you well... why not let me know what make/model/size it is!!

also is buchaill mé! [i am a Man}:P
    THANKING YOU!!:D

Isn't there a company online that make suits specifically to suit your measurements?

thanks tubes, thats a nice site alright.

just one question. [which may seem silly?]
if the size says for eg, 42 inch chest
is that the size of the suit or is that the size of the chest of a person whom it would fit well?? thx

also i presume a "steamer" is just a normal winter wetsuit??
