    Management Trainee Programme

    Dublin Bus are inviting applications to their Management Trainee Programme from graduates in mechanical engineering and business studies disciplines. The programme will commence in September 2008 and will be for two years duration.

    This is exactly what DB need to do - bring in graduates. Every business needs a mix of graduates and internally trained staff - sadly until recently DB management has been largely internally trained, but it's slowly changing!
