How to buy a UK SIM in Ireland

    Wondering if anyone know how to buy a UK SIM (like O2) from ROI!

    Tried buy that online from O2 site, but requires UK phone number and post code.

    Anyway I can get it from O2 in ireland or Vodafone?

    About 20% of Ireland is in the UK, you could just go to Newry.

    Some people have had success with the freebies list in Bargain Alerts by just entering 'Eire' in the postcode box when free sim threads come up. I posted one a few moments ago, it was for Orange.

    Drive over the border and you can buy one in Argos or any of the phone shops.
