NTL broadband waterford speed issues

    anyone one else having slow speeds today in waterford.

    I'm on 20mb line but today my max download speeds varys between 60kb/s to 300kb/s
    Which is way below what i Should be getting.
    today one file 350mb took 2 hours. it usual be done in less than 3 mins. is any one else having these problems

    Cant say I've had any issues with speeds in the last few months my speeds have been A1.I am on the 10mb package with them.

    today the first day I had speed issues. it was fine last night.
    if it still at it tomorrow I'll ring them not paying for 20 and getting 2mb
