    firstly great flick but there is one little thing that i can't grasp, partly cos i have a head cold, but here goes.....


    did his wife cheat n him in the end with that chap in the housing complex that he punched across the face?

    No, she wasn't cheating on her husband with him.

    He was some low-life criminal and her Dad tried to set him up to take the fall for the murder of the Senator's son (whom she killed).
    She wouldn't let him take the fall and gave him an alibi by lying to say that she was having an affair with him and had been sleeping with him at the time of the murder.
