    Anybody have any idea when this site is going to back up and running or if its a long term problem? Can hold off paying bills for a day or two but really don't fancy having to go and que in the post office!!

    Do you know who might know? Their customer support. Try ringing them.

    That site is absolutely awful, I used it to pay the TV license, and it was far more hassle than going to the PO, down all the time, page timeouts, and it would only take payment by Laser during office hours *boggles mind*

    yes used it one for tv licence.

    to many passwords should be simple like the bank
